Hildi's room
Hildi uses brown felt on her living room walls. The
ceiling is papered in red and gold squares. She decides
to cover the back of an armoire with dried bamboo leaves.
A little disorganized, Doug?
At the beginning of the show, Doug hasn't created any
drawings or taken any measurements and expects Amy Wynn
to cut new cabinet doors by removing the old ones and
tracing them. Amy Wynn complains to Alex that Doug thinks
a carpenter is a designer's assistant.
Doug covers a wall with clocks set for different time
zones around the world. He then realizes he forgot to
buy batteries and doesn't have any money left for them.
He decides to hang the clocks anyway.
