Frank's room
Frank's living room also goes Caribbean. He paints
the walls light blue, complete with hand-painted mermaid.
He builds a telephone table and lays vinyl tiles.
Frank's homeowners take control and end up running
the show. They don't finish their homework, claiming
a neighbor came over with champagne.
